My favorite dish at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar is our delicious Chicken ‘N’ Watermelon ‘N’ Waffles. This dish is particularly my favorite because it hits all important meals for the day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s the perfect balance of flavors!

 

 

 

 

 

Chicken ‘N’ Watermelon ‘N’ Waffles

• Chicken brined for 27 hours
• Chicken garnished with parsley
• Watermelon is spiced with: mild chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, lemon/lime juice, mint
• Cheddar waffle has swiss cheese, cheddar cheese and chives
