Julian Farm & Orchard

A 25-acre farm where you may pick a variety of things such as apples, pumpkins, berries, flowers or participate in various activities such as rock climbing, hayrides, axe throwing. There is much more to do and it may be an incredible experience to share with the family. Reservations are strongly encouraged, but not required.

Lavender Nights (Aug 24 – Oct 29)

Live music, lavender infused food and drinks, wagon tours with thousands of miniature lights throughout the farm opened from Thursday-Mondays between 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. Tickets are required to be reserved.

Underwood Fall Harvest Festival (Sept 30 – Oct 31)

This festival has live entertainment, games, rides, photo ops, fruit/vegetable picking, and an animal center. Weekday admissions are sold at the gate and weekend admissions are only sold online with entry times. Admission includes tractor-drawn wagon rides, corn maze, pig races, slides, corn stalk labyrinth and many more.

Tanaka Farms Pumpkin Patch in Irvine (Sept 16 – Oct 31)

Celebrate Tanaka farm’s 25th anniversary this September 16 and 17 with special pricing of 25% off admission and .25 cent games. This is among the few farms in Orange County with a real pumpkin patch and they offer wagon rides, arts and crafts, and a corn maze. Admission does not include a pumpkin purchase but does include access to the pumpkin patch. Other activities such as mini-ATV’s, bee train, and others may be enjoyed at an additional surcharge.

Haunted Orange County Tours

Autumn season also includes spooky season and what better way to enjoy if not going on a ghost tour? You will be learning about the city’s incredible history and the paranormal sightings in the area. Tour is not recommended for children under 8, but leave it to the discretion of the parent to allow their children under 8 to attend. Well-behaved pets are allowed to join, but will not be allowed to enter the last stop on the tour (How-Waffle Mansion Museum).

Riley’s Farm Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Riley’s Farm’s Legend of Sleepy Hollow is a tale of harvest and romance. Enjoy apple-bopping, pie-eating contests, dancing, and delicious food. You’ll be taken on an incredible make-believe town of Tarrytown where you’ll meet the schoolmaster and learn about the ghostly headless horseman.

Irvine Park Pumpkin Patch (September 16 – October 31)

Admission to enter is free, but a gate entry fee is charged per vehicle that enters Irvine Regional Park (Weekdays: $3.00, Weekends $5.00, and Holidays $7.00). The park will be opened daily and activities are $7.00 each, but access to the pumpkin patch is free. Activities available for a surcharge include train rides, hay rides, face painting,  cookie decorating, pumpkin decorating, and more.
