Our mission here at Waterworks Aquatics is to educate and motivate individuals to be safer and
learn proper swimming technique.
We have chosen to share our love of swimming with children and believe there is a swimmer in
every child. We pride ourselves on teaching the necessary skills needed to become a
comfortable, proficient swimmer right from the beginning.
The Irvine swim school holds several types of swimming classes as well as other aquatics programs for children and adults in four heated swimming pools – one outdoor pool and three enclosed pools that provide swimmers
with sun protection and warmth all year long.
Our two teaching pools are heated up to 93 degrees and our 6-lane lap pool is heated up to 89 degrees. Our Irvine aquatics center also features an outdoor, 8-lane, Junior Olympic-size pool, heated to 84-86 degrees year-round.
In addition to swim lessons, Waterworks Aquatics Irvine offers wellness programs, community
activities, and additional aquatics programming year-round. Additionally, this Orange County
swim school is equipped with showers and changing areas, a snack bar and a swim gear shop.
Our swim programs are loved by students of all ages and have won several awards including
Parenting OC’s Best Swim Lessons.
