OUE Skyspace LA brings to life unparalleled, 360-degree views on California’s tallest open-air observation deck, nearly 1,000 feet above Downtown Los Angeles. Experience the Skyslide, a 45-foot, fully enclosed, 1-1/4″ thick all glass adventure landing on the exterior of the iconic US Bank Tower. On your way to the top, engage with an array of technological features on the 54th floor, highlighting LA’s cultural attractions. When we went last weekend, there was construction and told that in two weeks or so the Exhibitions on the 54th Floor would re-open. This is a great family outing.
When you arrive, there is plenty of street metered parking and Parking Garages nearby. When you arrive, at the Box office you may purchase tickets in person or online. There is a security check in, once you enter you will directed to the Elevators.
We took 3 elevators to get to the 70th Floor, when the elevator doors open the awe inspiring views surcomb with appreciation of how massive the L.A. Metro area really is. We even spotted the Hollywood Sign and easily could see many Freeways from that Vista.
We explored the floor and walked around taking photos and searching for landmarks that we could spot from this Bird’s eye view. My kiddo really enjoyed seeing the Griffith Observatory. There is a telescope that you can use and see as far out as the Ocean on a clear day.
There is a sitting area outside as you can enjoy and take in the moment over a snack. The Cafe is located on the same floor, with sitting area for you and your friends and family to catch up over 2018.
The three-second thrill with the spectacular view requires an additional ticket.
