“Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter.” — English writer Izaak Walton
While we understand that getting out the door sometimes can seem impossible as a Busy Mom. Take into account the health benefits making time for you and your girlfriends to connect.
- Reduce Stress
- Share and exchange advise
One way to do this successfully in connecting with old and new mommy friends , is to find common goals you both might have, and spend your time together working on reaching those goals –accomplishing two things at the same time, and making it easier to find time to spend with friends. An example would be working out together, window shopping and catching up, trying new things together, or scheduling the kids’ play dates with each other. You could also look out for special occasions to spend time with each other –these events don’t have to be huge social events, it could be as simple as inviting friends over to Netflix and Chill or having your spouse look after the kids so you can go out to puruse Targe aisles.
We hope these beautiful Mommy Influencers enjoyed a day out of Pampering and making new friends shared over new experiences.
We concluded the Day with a Delicious Lunch at Woodranch. The great thing about enjoying with another Mama(s) is that we each try to eat with little children on laps, navigating screen time and multi tasking conversations in between and we all get it, there was no judgement . All of this takes time , self care and mommy friendships too but with a little planning and the right crew it is out there. It takes patience and being open to meeting these new women who are also raising little humans.
